Aspen Wins State Lands Commission’s On-Call Environmental Contract For Water Infrastructure Projects
In continuation of our long relationship with the California State Lands Commission (CSLC), during which we have provided environmental services for energy and infrastructure projects, Aspen has been awarded a new contract with CSLC. Aspen is excited about winning the three-year on-call contract to support the CSLC in the environmental and/or Public Trust review of applications that the CSLC receives for water infrastructure projects and programs that increase local water supplies. Aspen’s first Work Order under this contract is to support the CSLC with the public scoping process for its Supplemental Environmental Impact Report that will evaluate the modifications to the previously approved outfall and intake lines for the Huntington Beach Desalination Plant proposed by Poseidon Water.
