Aspen is the prime contractor for this contract and is responsible for the daily management of this multi-year, multi-task, statewide contract, managing multiple Work Authorizations and 50 subcontractors. The contract includes the evaluation of energy projects such as: Application for Certification (AFC) review of new gas-fired and renewable power plants and related transmission lines; compliance monitoring of permitted facilities; designation of transmission corridors; and other activities in the areas of environmental impact assessment, engineering, and related regulatory matters. Aspen provided support on over 40 work authorizations under this contract.
