Aspen has extensive expertise in implementing construction monitoring programs for large-scale energy infrastructure projects and has created a gold standard for compliance monitoring services.  

Aspen has implemented monitoring services on behalf of agencies, developers, and contractors. Services provided include general compliance program, and SWPPP oversight, and biological, cultural, and paleontological resources monitoring. In addition, Aspen works with our clients on oversight of restoration programs. Aspen has the various resource specialists available to conduct the necessary resource monitoring for projects large and small.   

The majority of Aspen’s monitoring experience has been for the construction of large-scale energy related projects (transmission lines, pipelines, solar and wind projects) where conditions of approval must be applied over many different jurisdictions. Aspen specializes in projects with a variety of sensitive resources and public sensitivity.
