Alondra Park Multi-benefit Stormwater Capture Project

Project Specifications

Client: Los Angeles County Department of Public Works

Location: Los Angeles County

Services: Environmental Review & Permitting

Aspen is preparing an initial site-specific environmental analysis following the current State CEQA Guidelines Appendix G Checklist to determine if an Addendum to the 2015 Los Angeles County Flood Control District Enhanced Watershed Management Programs (EWMP) Final Environmental Impact Report (Program EIR) is the appropriate CEQA document for the Alondra Park Multi-benefit Stormwater Capture Project. The PEIR provides a program-level analysis that assesses environmental effects of the EWMP. The Dominguez Channel EWMP identifies a combination of institutional and structural control measures, including multi-benefit regional projects, to address compliance towards total maximum dail loads (TMDLs). Alondra Park was selected as a high-priority regional project (i.e., BMP) site in the Dominguez Channel EWMP.
