As part of an on-call Environmental Services contract with the California Department of Water Resources Aspen is preparing a focused EIR for this reservoir project located at the bifurcation of the East and West Branches of the California Aqueduct in southern Kern County. Aspen is also assisting DWR with the FERC license amendment process for this project.
