Under contract to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Aspen evaluated the anticipated environmental impacts and is obtaining authorizations from the Corps of Engineers, CDFG, and RWQCB to install pipelines and construct access roads for this plant upgrade. Additional services to be provided include the preparation of a Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan and construction monitoring.
