Under contract to the Ventura County Watershed Protection District, Aspen completed a jurisdictional wetland delineation, assessed the anticipated environmental impacts, and obtained authorizations from the Corps of Engineers, CDFG, and RWQCB for modifying this storm drain outfall along the Ventura River.
