Under contract to the Department of Water Resources, Aspen evaluated the anticipated environmental impacts, identified appropriate habitat mitigation, and obtained authorizations from the Corps of Engineers, CDFG, and RWQCB to upgrade the seepage collection system at the base of this reservoir.
