Aspen prepared Streambed Alteration Agreements for Williams Communications, Inc., XO Communications, AT&T, MCI WorldCom, and Metromedia Fiber Network Services, Inc. in Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino Counties. Aspen prepared the Streambed Alteration Agreements for the dozens of CDFG jurisdictional waterways crossed by these projects on behalf of the CDFG Region 3 office. Working as an extension of CDFG staff, Aspen reviewed the applicant notifications for completeness, conducted necessary agency and applicant consultations, and prepared the Streambed Alteration Agreements, including proposed mitigation, for CDFG signature.
