Under contract to the Ventura County Watershed Protection District, Aspen assessed the anticipated environmental impacts and obtained authorizations from the Corps of Engineers, CDFG, and RWQCB to replace failing concrete-lining along 3,600 linear feet of Arundell Barranca. Aspen also evaluated the feasibility of various project alternatives, such as restoring riparian habitat within this stream reach.
