The EWI Wilmington Facility EIR included Aspen's participation in public hearings in Wilmington, along with representatives of the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and the Applicant. This was a controversial project as the facility was proposed near residential areas with parks and schools. Aspen participated in two public scoping meetings and a public hearing.
