Aspen is preparing an EIR for the Topaz Solar Farm project which consists of a 550 MW solar photovoltaic energy generation facility that would be installed over an approximate 4,000- to 4,100-acre site located approximately six miles west of the California Valley Solar Ranch project in San Luis Obispo County.
