Aspen is assisting the CEC in preparing the Staff Assessment for the Salton Sea Geothermal Power Plant Project, located in Imperial County, which would consist of three small geothermal plants on a 160 acre site, using hot, high pressure geothermal fluid (brine) to produce 159 MW of energy.
