Aspen has been selected to assist the County in preparing an EIR for the Pacific Wind Project, which is expected to generate up to 289 megawatts (MW) of wind and solar power, with the development of 250 1-MW, or 84 3-MW wind turbines, and a 39-MW solar generation facility.
