Aspen is supporting the CEC in the preparation of their Staff Assessment, and will be evaluating waste management, land use, traffic, socioeconomics, and project alternatives for the proposed Carrizo Energy Solar Farm, which consists of approximately 195 Compact Linear Fresnel Reflector solar concentrating lines, and associated steam drums, steam turbine generators, air-cooled condensers, and infrastructure, to produce up to a nominal 177 MW net.
