Evaluated all Nevada Power Company and Sierra Pacific Power Company DSM and load forecast filings starting in 2007 for the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Office of the Attorney General. Review included reviewing measurement and evaluation studies, evaluating the project evaluation software, reviewing all regulatory changes related to DSM programs, reviewing the demand forecast and recommending changes in data and methodology, reviewing proposed DSM projects and recommending changes in programs or allocation of funds.
