California Energy Commission. Aspen managed the consulting team supporting the CEC Staff's Scenario Analysis Project for the 2007 IEPR and Aspen prepared a "Lessons Learned" report for the project. The Scenario Analyses of California's Electricity System project provides an integrated assessment of the environmental, economic and reliability ramifications of numerous energy resource scenarios. This report analyzed the interaction between electric generation, electric transmission and natural gas infrastructure expansions that would be necessary to accommodate several preferred resource goals in a Western electric system context.
