Aspen conducted pre-construction compliance review and monitored the mitigation implementation for construction of PG&E's 13.8-mile long project in the Cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin, and Alameda County. This project includeded underground and overhead installation of 230kV dual circuit transmission lines, and construction of two substations and two transition stations.
