PG&E Tri-Valley 2002 Capacity Increase Project
Aspen is currently monitoring mitigation implementation for construction
of PG&E's 13.8-mile long project in the Cities of Pleasanton, Livermore,
and Dublin, and Alameda County. This project includes underground and
overhead installation of 230kV dual circuit transmission lines, and
construction of two substations and two transition stations.
