Aspen currently monitoring construction of flood control improvements along the Santa Ana River at Prado Basin, Santa Ana River. Previously, Aspen monitored mitigation implementation for construction activities at Reach 9 of the river. Prior to the commencement of construction, Aspen monitored the extensive vegetation clearing efforts at both of these locations.
