Aspen monitored the mitigation implementation for construction of PG&E's approximate 10-mile long reinforcement project in the Cities of San Jose, Milpitas, and Fremont. This project included both underground and overhead 230kV construction, and a 115kV upgrade. Numerous sensitive resources are present including the burrowing owl and wetland mitigation sites.
