East Maricopa Floodway Conceptual Design Alternatives Report, Hydrology/Hydraulics Assessment, AZ
The East Maricopa Floodway (EMF) Hydrology/Hydraulics Assessment
included the conceptual design of three stormwater detention basins
ranging in size from 600 to 1550 acre-feet. Each of the basins had
two side weirs, one taking flow from a tributary and the other from
the EMF itself. The length of these side weirs ranged from 150
to 1500 feet.
