Aspen prepared a habitat criteria report for the design phase of the Tucson Drainage Project, a series of detention basins planned along Arroyo Chico in northern Tucson. The report provides design criteria and a monitoring plan for restoration and establishment of xeroriparian and upper Sonoran desert habitat within the detention basins and the arroyo. Specifications were provided for soil conditions, irrigation, hydrology and planting.
