Under contract to the Department of Water Resources (DWR), Aspen delineated the extent of jurisdiction and obtained approvals from the Corps of Engineers (Clean Water Act Section 404 Standard Permit) and the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification), and assisted DWR in finalizing the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and notifying the State Water Resources Control Board (Clean Water Action Section 402[NPDES]) regarding discharges to waters of the U.S. associated with beach replenishment activities at Lake Perris, Riverside County, California.
