Los Banos-Gates 500 kV Transmission Project EIR and SEIR
Aspen prepared an EIR for an 84-mile long 500 kV transmission line between
PG&E's Los Banos Substation in Fresno County and Gates Substation near
Coalinga. The Path 15 Project was developed in response to transmission
constraints that exist between northern and southern California.
