Aspen reviewed the Draft EIS/EIR for the Long Beach LNG Import Project and is providing comments to the City of Long Beach on the adequacy of the Draft EIS/EIR in terms of compliance with the requirements of NEPA and CEQA. The review document will focus on issues of concern to the City of Long Beach and its citizens and will provide comment on the completeness, accuracy, and technical adequacy of the Draft EIS/EIR evaluation of these issues. In addition, Aspen will help the City of Long Beach review the General Conformity Determination and Port Master Plan Amendment.
