PG&E Tri-Valley 2002 Capacity Increase Project

Under contract with the CPUC, Aspen prepared a Notice to Proceed with construction for CPUC review and monitored construction of an underground 230 kV transmission line in the south Livermore and Pleasanton areas. The project as approved by CPUC (based on the EIR prepared by Aspen) includes approximately 2.5 miles of 230 kV overhead dual-circuit transmission line, 11.8 miles of underground line, construction of two new 230 kV substations (in Livermore and Dublin), and modification of an existing station (Pleasanton).
