Gaviota Marine Terminal SEIR/EIS
Aspen prepared an SEIR/EIS addressing marine biological resources in
the Santa Barbara Channel between San Onofre and the San Francisco
Bay area. Efforts included mapping of resources; identification of
oil spill, tanker traffic, and waste-water discharges impacts; and
an off-site and construction mitigation program for the Gaviota tarplant.
