National Training Center, Acquisition Project Mitigation Plan (PMP), Ft. Irwin, California
A Preliminary Draft PMP
was prepared to describe detailed implementation and
monitoring requirements for each mitigation measure in the
National Training Center's Land Acquisition EIS that was
associated with the Proposed Action. The PMP included the text
of the 45 Environmental Commitments, and detailed
implementation requirements. (Corps)
