Preparation of comments on the Air Quality section of the Long Beach LNG Import Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the City of Long Beach. This project included the review of project description to identify the specifications of the natural gas to be imported and review the engineering specifications of the LNG terminal facilities for making pipeline quality natural gas. Additional review and comment included the emission estimates and assumptions, general conformity and other regulatory compliance assessments, Best Available Control Technology assessments, and secondary impact of natural gas heat content variation potential of the imported natural gas.
