Aspen team members participated in the Expert Witness Training provided by the California Energy Commission (CEC), and have provided expert witness testimony on numerous CEC power plant projects. Aspen team members prepare with CEC counsel and provide counsel with questions for direct testimony and for cross examination of other witnesses. Aspen staff has provided both air quality and visual plume expert witness testimony.
