Preparation of comments on the Air Quality, Public Safety, and Noise sections of the Cabrillo Port LNG Deepwater Port Draft EIS/EIR for the City of Oxnard. This project included the review of project description to identify the specifications of the natural gas to be imported, a review the engineering specifications of the LNG deepwater port terminal facilities, and a review of required new onshore pipeline and gas treatment facilities. Additional review and comment included the emission estimates and assumptions, general conformity and other regulatory compliance assessments, Best Available Control Technology assessments, and the secondary impact of natural gas heat content variation potential of the imported natural gas. Additionally, materials for a presentation to the Oxnard City Council were prepared as part of this project.
