Aspen, through its former CAS subsidiary, prepared a Tier II (synthetic minor) permit application for the American Fine Foods' Payette, Idaho, food processing facility. The previously unpermitted facility was audited to determine if any air quality permits were necessary and after completion of the audit the Tier II permit application was recommended and prepared. The facility included both food manufacturing processes and associated emission sources and two associated three-piece can manufacturing lines and associated can coating sources.
