Aspen prepared a control technology evaluation for the control of nuisance odors from wood-fired pizza ovens for the A16 restaurant in San Francisco, California. The oven exhausts are located within a densely populated residential/commercial area. Aspen identified several potential technologies and revised operating procedures that would minimize the oven exhaust nuisance emissions or their impacts to local residences. Aspen contacted vendors to determine the applicability of various technologies and provided cost estimates for each technology/measure.
