Air Quality and GHG Emissions Analyses for Power Plants

Aspen assists energy agencies, siting authorities, and project proponents in the study of air quality (AQ) and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and impact analyses for power generating facilities.

Devers-Palo Verde No. 2 Transmission Line Project

Aspen prepared a joint EIR/EIS for the Devers–Palo Verde No. 2 Transmission Line Project is a 230-mile, 500-kV electric transmission line routed between Devers Substation in California and Harquahala Generating Substation in Arizona.

CleanTech Hazardous Waste Facility Permit EIR

Aspen completed an Environmental Impact Report in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act to assist the California Environmental Protection Agency’s Department of Toxic Substances Control in the consideration of a Part B Permit Application for the operation of a hazardous waste storage and treatment facility owned and operated by CleanTech Environmental Inc. (CleanTech).
