Neda Rastegar Delmont, Chief Operating Officer

Neda Rastegar Delmont served as Aspen’s Legal Counsel and Director of Human Resources for several years and is now the Chief Operating Officer. Neda has over fourteen years of experience in corporate legal matters. During her time at Aspen, she has liaised with government entities regarding regulatory challenges, planning requirements, and contractual issues. As Chief Operating Officer, in addition to legal advice, she assists the CEO in managing daily operations and provides Aspen’s staff strategic advice in all areas of operations. She is also the focal point for corporate risk management. Neda has a BA from UCLA and JD from UC Berkeley School of Law.
