Aspen Attends BLM Signing of DRECP Record of Decision

Due to our team’s involvement in the preparation of the Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan, Aspen Environmental Group staff were invited by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to attend the signing of the (DRECP) Record of Decision (ROD) on September 14, 2016 at the Santa Rosa-San Jacinto National Monument headquarters.

CPUC Approves SCE West of Devers Upgrade Project and Certifies the EIR

On August 18, 2016, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved Southern California Edison Co.’s West of Devers Upgrade Project (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties). The project, one of the tens of major transmission lines assessment conducted by Aspen, is located within an existing 45-mile long SCE transmission right-of-way. Aspen’s Lead Monitor Becomes Qualified SWPPP Developer

Aspen Environmental Group’s Lead Environmental Monitor, Jenny Slaughter, recently completed the certification process and has become a Qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer (QSD).
